Minimum requirements
Essential Functions
- Analyze the operations of Pro Mujer's health services and determine how operational, performance, and quality metrics will be measured and reported.
- Designing and modifying, if necessary, the functionalities and computer processes that are being used today in the health area, as well as the channels for data collection.
- Design and define the necessary data analysis to develop health services that are patient-centric and data-centric.
- Provide the Director of Health with the necessary data so that the trends of the different health services that are provided and that affect the budgetary needs and the compliance of the expenses with the budget can be periodically reviewed.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to identify the needs of the countries and develop a corresponding analytical plan.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and other metrics and proactively identify opportunities to leverage data, using tools such as business intelligence.
- Ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of data, establishes processes and controls to monitor and improve data quality, including data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation procedures.
- Collaborate with technology teams in the selection of the appropriate technologies, databases, data warehouses and analytics platforms to support the Health Pillar data needs efficiently and securely.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization, including Alliances and Development team giving access to the data that may be required in the development of proposals, while ensuring the collection of the data required for adequate monitoring and evaluation of the impact of the implementation and execution of the different initiatives.
- Train and teache other health team members, on the correct use of data tools and enabling them to address patient needs by supporting data based decisions.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation, by driving innovation by exploring new opportunities for leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to extract insights and create business value from data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Public Health, International Development, Economics, etc.
- Experience in Preventive Health & Women's health
- Data analysis
- 3 or 5 years of experience in a similar position
- English and Spanish
